TOPIC: What to do if your car is stolen or broken into

Even maximum security cannot entirely prevent vehicles from being stolen, broken into or deliberately damaged.

If this occurs, you should act quickly and purposefully to contain the damage and to catch the perpetrator as quickly as possible.

Some police tips:

• If your vehicle has been stolen or broken into, call the nearest police station immediately.
• Never make changes to the vehicle after a break-in.
